Enter your Team’s Stats in Less than 15 Minutes

Maybe you missed the first few games and don’t have time to go back and enter those stats game by game. Or maybe the season is over and you only want to post your team’s totals for the year. Either way, using our Season-to-Date stat entry feature will help you update your team’s stats in just minutes.

To enter season to date stats, login into your Coach Admin and go to your stat entry page. Scroll to the very bottom until you see this:

Check the box "Enter season-to-date stats." Then you will see this:

While season-to-date stats are great for catching up in a hurry, it is important to know that they will override any stats that have been previously entered. Also, athletes with stats entered through the season-to-date entry will not be eligible to be listed on league leader boards.

To continue, click the button that says "Click here to enter season-to-date stats."

Now you will come to a page with your roster and all the stat fields for your sport. Enter the totals and hit “Publish & Continue” when you are done. That’s it! Your team’s stats are now posted and it took only minutes.

Remember, this option is best for coaches who haven’t been entering stats on a game-by-game basis and want to get caught up very quickly. We still recommend entering game-by-game stats to utilize MaxPreps features to the fullest.
